Changes in the labeling – Announcement

As a result of the latest Bilateral Agreements signed by Chile and the European Union and also the U.S.A. we have been obliged to implement a few changes in the labeling of some of our wines. In effect, the Complementary Quality Mentions PRIVATE COLLECTION and RESERVE were observed by the EU authorities and had to be changed as follows:

ORIGINAL Complementary Quality Mentions:
-PRIVATE COLLECTION
-RESERVE

NEW Complementary Quality Mentions:
-RESERVA PRIVADA
-RESERVA

We understand these latest changes may be a source of confusion and problems specially in the selling of the Private Collection range, now RESERVA PRIVADA, nevertheless, we have no other way to go about these new rules. You may also understand that it is not viable to have different quality mentions for our wines in different markets, on the contrary, we must aim to standardize our labeling for the sake of uniformity.
